Borasco is the son of Levanter and Gharbi. When Valanice arrives on top of the Mountain of Winds, he knocks her off of Sirocco, only to be chided by his mother. On the orders of his father, he joins the rest of the winds in searching for and warning King Oberon and Queen Titania.
