The Clinging Vines are a plant growing in the Pun Garden, they are a species of sentient clinging vines.

The clinging vines are strangling vines that can be found in the Pun Garden. The Vines are lonely, because no one can stand their whining for long. They're more than a little possessive about the people they love. Some might call them suffocating.[1]
