The Mountain of Winds is mountain in Cloudland of Etheria. It rises up from the clouds, and is home of the winds and their king. The Weaver of Dreams lives within a cave in the mountain.

Those who come to the mountain climb it for enlightenment and ambrosia. Many of life's answers are blowin' in the wind there.[1]
While in Etheria, Valanice visits the mountain where she takes some ambrosia. She later returns to visit the Weaver of Dreams in order to get into Dreamland while awake.
After freeing Mab from her curse, Valanice is teleported back to the mountain where she uses a Magic Bridle from Mab to ensnare one of the wind horses. The horse carries her to the mountaintop where the winds help her to contact King Oberon and Queen Titania. As Valanice anxiously waits on the mountaintop, Edgar arrives on Necromancer and carries Valanice back to Ooga Booga so they can get to the Vulcanix Underground and help Rosella.
