Mr. Kavanagh and his wife are inhabitants of Daventry town. He is the father of Gwennie and her brother.

He lives in the Kavanagh House with his family. When the cataclysm hit, he was caught outside, and turned to stone. Connor was sickened by his plight, and promised to all he could to save him from further torment. He was restored when Connor fixed the Mask of Eternity.
