Josh Mandel had been involved with several if the King's Quest games in some way. He was the main producer for the King's Quest SCI remake: King's Quest I: Quest for the Crown. He was the one behind the rewritten story and game text, and puzzle changes. Josh leant his voice as the voice of King Graham in KQ5, KQ6, and Hoyle 4. Josh was also behind many of the questions in the King's Questions trivia game.

Josh has lent his voice talents to several fan games again reprising the role of King Graham, including King's Quest I: Quest for the Crown VGA, King's Quest II: Romancing the Stones, King's Quest III Redux: To Heir is Human, and King's Quest III: To Heir Is Human VGA.
