Mold was one of the ingredients needed for Sylph of Inner Beauty's Protective Spell. Connor fetched some green mold from a blood pool down down a moldy smelling passage in the Dimension of Death. Connor could not get it until he had healed the Sacred Heart, and the blood pool had drained.
