The Stone of Order is an artifact sacred to the Hillmen people.
Background[]
During the cataclysm a great storm struck Barren Region. The storms were dangerous enough to force the Hillmen from their fortress. When they returned to the fortress they found the Stone of Order had been taken, but they knew not where.
It was prophecied that only the Upholder would know where to find the stone. Connor discovered the Stone of Order's location near the Stone Bridges. Only the Upholder could return the Stone to its rightful location on the altar in the Sanctuary. When the deed was done only then could Law and Order truly return.
