Faerie Nobles of the High Court of Etheria.
Wife of Oberon, mother of Edgar. She is a niece of the Three Fates, and sister of Malicia and the Weaver of Dreams.

In The Silver Lining, Titania has come to visit Alexander and Rosella's twenty-first birthday party, when a mysterious man cursed the royal twins. She sits out in the garden in the rain, because it soothes them somewhat.
