The wooden shield was an item hanging on the wall of the Catacombs of the Ancient Ones. The old, wooden shield is otherwise plain, but is embellished with a silver cross. Alexander discovered it while trying to find his way around the catacombs. Alexander took the shield from the wall, and carried it with him. He later used it to protect himself from a bow-firing statue on the Isle of the Beast. The shield was destroyed in the process.
